1. Who we are
CMBT Athlete is operated by Melissa Prieto under the CMBT Culture brand (“CMBT,” “we,” “us”). Contact: mprieto@cmbtculture.com.
2. Information we collect
Depending on what you choose to use, Athlete OS may collect:
- Account information, including name and email.
- Athlete profile information, including sport, experience level, sex, weight class, body weight, body-fat entry, and fight date.
- Performance and wellness entries, including sleep, HRV, resting heart rate, soreness, energy, recovery, hydration, fueling, readiness results, session logs, weight history, breath-hold assessments, and testing results.
- Optional cycle information, including cycle settings and last-period date.
- Optional notes, nutrition logs, voice-note transcriptions, and bloodwork values entered by you.
- Subscription and transaction status from Lemon Squeezy. CMBT does not receive full payment-card details.
- Basic technical information required to operate and secure the service, such as browser, device, IP address, and service logs.
3. How we use information
- Provide readiness, training, recovery, weight, breathwork, and trend features.
- Save and restore your account and entries.
- Manage subscriptions and customer support.
- Maintain security, diagnose errors, and prevent misuse.
- Comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use sensitive athlete information for targeted advertising.
4. Local storage and account sync
If you use Athlete OS without signing in, app information is stored in your browser on that device. If you create or sign into an account, profile information—including optional cycle information when enabled—and supported activity records may sync to CMBT’s cloud database so they can be restored to your account.
Some modules may remain device-only until cloud sync is added. The screen where you enter information will identify the applicable behavior.
5. Service providers and sharing
We share information only as needed to operate the service, including with:
- Supabase for authentication, database, and infrastructure.
- Lemon Squeezy for checkout, subscriptions, tax, fraud prevention, receipts, and billing support.
- Hosting, email, security, and technical providers used to run CMBT.
- Authorities or professional advisers when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
Connected wearable providers are optional. Their own terms and privacy policies also apply when you authorize a connection.
6. Retention
We retain account information while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Browser-only information remains until you clear it or remove the browser data. You may request account deletion.
7. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection concerning your personal information. You can disable optional cycle features. You may also withdraw consent for optional processing, although prior lawful processing remains valid.

8. Security and incidents
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the service. No system is completely secure. If a qualifying incident affects protected information, CMBT will investigate and provide notices required by applicable law.
9. Age and international use
Athlete OS is intended for adults. Do not create an account if you are under the age of majority where you live. Information may be processed in countries where CMBT or its providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards.
